I founded Minaj A Silks with a long time vision in mind. When I was younger, if I wanted to achieve hair that shines with less breakage involved, I would need blue hair grease and my handy dandy pressing comb. Eventually I would grow up to curate a hair care routine, deeply rooted in the pursuit of healthy, shiny hair ( without heavy grease and frequent high heat. Minaj A Silks was created with my passion, trial and error and my understanding of how hair reacts to different elements. Such as weather, steam, cotton scarves and pillowcases, humidity, and products. I began a loving and ongoing relationship with my hair. I was completely in love with my hair, and therefore I stitched together a silk scarf that became my secret weapon for years to come. The noticeable results from consistently wearing my silk scarf at night, preserved my hair's moisture, shine, styles and over all health; in a way that I once only imagined.
